Hello Fellow Wild Campers,

My well loved and cherished van is soon going up on sale, so I thought I'd put up a notification to see if anyone was looking for a van thats been well looked after for over 6 years by us. More details to follow, but its a 1994 L reg long wheelbase van with a high roof. Its a 2.5ltr turbo diesel engine with 115,000 on the clock. I have about 7 consecutive M.O.T certificates and lots of paperwork showing work done on the van over the last years. We've had it since May 2005 and its been all over Europe with us and never once let us down !.

Only selling because I'm in the process of buying a similar van thats a bit newer, but of course a lot more expensive than what I'm asking for this, which by the way is about £2,995.

If anyone was on the lookout for something like this let me know. Photos will follow shortly

Regards, Stuart

The price sounds reasonable, what features does it have?

Hi Phil,

Its a 2 berth van with plenty of space and head room. Cooker, 2 way fridge cum coolbox and porta loo. Running water via zig system and heater which is removable for the summer months. It also has a lovely interior with a wood-laminate floor (which we have a carpet over because of the dog. Otherwise he'll do too many comedy skids when I'm driving). Lots of cupboard space too and the passanger seat turns to make a captains chair thus opening out more space. Electric hook-up too. Reasonably new tyres. I've had all new wheel arches over the years and plenty of underside and engine-bay welding done, so its pretty robust. Ther is still some small areas that will need attention but all of the serious stuff is done.

Another reason I'm selling is that a knee injury I have had over some years makes using manual gearboxes not so enjoyable. I did have a new clutch though in 2007. The one I'm looking at now is an Auto Gearbox to save my knee !.

Any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Regards, Stuart.
