I have a rack which clamps on to the tow ball. It's a good secure fit and can be used with a box of your choice or a heavy wire tray from the manufacturer.
It fits in a couple of mins and stores flat when not in use.
Not possible to tow a trailer with it fitted.
Mine came direct from the maker and was delivered very quickly.
go for the bak rak. they say ou can move a fridge on it and they are right. I tried it sucsessfully. Make your own box for it or use a garden storage box from the garden supermarket, the green things that can lock. I still use mine sometimes under my fiamma back box when I want to take my genny with me.
dont kno0w if they are still made in Exeter but they used to be in the building next to polslow bridge on the whipton road. If your near there worth popping in.
Another endorsement for the Bak-Rak from here. I use one, with two folded aluminium rails riveted to it, to carry my disability buggy on the back. The Buggy is about 75kg without the batteries and the rack has carried that weight with no trouble for the six years since I started using it. A great product and service from the company is always fast and helpful.
