Louise it would help if you listed which toilet and conversion you have
can you check that there is a 12volt supply to the toilet!!
if there is it could be the micro switch on the knob or even the pump if you remove the toilet roll container by gentle pulling up, you can get your hand in the water sump and remove the pump
if no 12v supply there will be another fuse somewhere.
If you remove the toilet container you should see a Micro switch on the ceiling of the recess which has a curved metal piece protruding. Perhaps it is bent or fallen out. When replacing the toilet container into the recess, it pushes the metal piece to make a contact. I had that problem on my 1994 MH. It can only be 3 things, Micro switch, pump or fuse. Have a look anyway.
