What do the new bars mean , ie, which colour stands for what ???

Chrissy, if you click on your profile there is a heading 'experience' and these bars seem to refer to that.
What it all means tho, I have no idea?

I have just noticed these bars. Does this mean that I have been rated - GOOD - V GOOD - EXCELLENT or begone and never darken our towels again. I don't know. If I lose a bar am I on my way to becoming debarred ? if I lose all my bars, but retain site access am I in the same position as Schrödinger's cat ? ( Pay attention at the back please !!! ) Not knowing what state I am in until Admin makes a decision. I only came here to find out where to pack me van up for nuffin.
