I was in Australia until a few weeks ago and read several copies of a caravan/motorhome magazine called "Time to Roam Australia".
Anyway, there's an interesting article about a bloke called Gerhard Kaesler who designed and built his own motorhome, the first one in Australia. It starts on page 18 for anyone who's interested.
