Now I don't mind the snow, after all it is winter, and I seem to remember as a brat, that the winters were even harder then. But what I can't get used to, is all these eejits, who year on year, take their vehicles out covered in snow. The only clear bits are made by the wipers, and a small hole in the snow on their side windows, and as for the rear screen....what's that? :mad2:

Yeah these really should clear their windscreens Deb.

Next village a mile away last night 58B3B5C4-53A2-45E9-AD20-E8476407B5EB.jpg

And the black car you can just make out, this one about an hour ago a mile away in other direction CCBACFC1-7E3E-4930-9C82-71A3FF75979F.jpg

Which is why I am not going out the door at the moment :)

I don't know why, but a lot of our neighbours decided to park on the road instead of their drive at the first sign of snow this week, so now we have a load of snow covered cars making it very difficult for others to use the road, and if a snow plough comes they won't have a chance of clearing the street.

They think they can set off without clearing snow Vinny but don’t think about needing ploughs.

Well I can shorten this to ‘they don’t think’ ha ha

Yep do that here to and drives me mad.:hammer:
What happens if ambulance etc requires to get through, some day it may be them who needs it.

Don't forget to clear the snow off your car roof too. Next time you brake the whole bloomin' lot comes sliding forward covering your windscreen and it's too heavy for the wipers to clear - next thing. BOOM you've had a crash.:scared:

any ideas how to do that on my van izzy?

I have just looked out the window and it seems to have just started to snow here in Dover, we had a tiny dusting a few days ago but nothing else, until now. Everywhere else seem up to the gunnels with it but not Dover. Just because I bought that damn snowplough. I need to keep it otherwise there would be two foot of the stuff like my friends farm 8 miles away???????????

Cos they're too idle to clear the snow off their drives. We had to do ours -110 metres so we could get car back up to house. It was a good keep fit session. :lol-053:
