As from the 11th July 2011 the new (southern port) is in operation at Patras.

New ferry port at Patras, wow, it is certainly in better condition than the town just outside the Port there !. Will the local authority finally get round to re-surfacing the road along the sea front and maybe even put up some direction signs ?. Still love Greece though, in spite of all that !!!.
