great spec and well laid out littlet

i like the cab sealed off for exrra security too, i gad a m reg hi cube transit and it was aid out almost to the inch the same as your set up. aprt from your sprinter being a foot or so longer. i i dont know about the price as its no my area but it seems resnable, have you senn the red 130 landrover on ebay its been on for ages and has been droped in price??

Hi landyrubbertramp, yeah the layout has suited us really well. Rolling out with two big dogs is always gonna be a fairly big consideration so the kennel under the bed just works great. I haven't seen the 130 Land Rover, i'll have a look. Thanks :)

We've just reduced the price for a quick sale so we can get the expedition ball rolling. :drive:

Another Price Reduction!!

We've just dropped the price on the van again, as we need to make that change to a smaller vehicle.
So if anyone's looking for an extremely tidy Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van Conversion......I do believe we have a bargain waiting at £14,495.
We are selling for no other reason than the fact that we want to downsize to a Expedition 4x4 and Tentipi and we're happy to answer any questions or queries. :)

Thought about finding how much it will be to have a diff lock fitted to the Merc. Of course no good if venturing far of beaten track.

4x4's are raised 4 inches, and have slightly larger tyres.

Hi mark61, no we haven't. To be honest we really enjoy the feeling of being in a tent but thought we'd have a go at the Motorhome experience. Just doesn't feel as exciting as getting down in the undergrowth!!! We're planning on Europe and Africa Expeditions and getting into the wild spaces so will need the help of a 4x4 truck, more than likely a Toyota Landcruiser.

Sounds like a good trip, how long are you going for. I actually find a MH gives more freedom as opposed to smaller 4x4 and tent, but both are great ways of traveling. Too many camping trips with non stop rain finally made me have a re think, lol :) Which LC you looking for, sometimes camper versions come up on mobile.de. Often on a LC78

We've been looking at the 100 and 90 Series. No firm plans in place yet but Morocco looks good. Scandinavia looks amazing aswell. Big long extended trips may come a little later due to restrictions with our dogs. I can imagine how non stop rain might wear you down!! :)
Next stop for us will hopefully be the wild spaces in Scotland. I always feel more grounded and absorbed in the environment when i'm in a tent, which is not the case in the MH.

We are currently finishing a 2 week trip in Scotland which has confirmed our feelings on travelling in a Motorhome. The van has not missed a beat (as was expected) but we would rather be travelling by smaller vehicle or on foot.
The van and conversion cost £20,000 (receipts included) so £11,000 is a bit of a bargain, but it's time for us to move on :)

Hi Fazerloz, no grill or oven fitted but easily solved with a table-top type. Ramoska is a highly regarded alternative. :)
