We have travelled just over 3000 miles and are now in a camper stop in canet de mar, 10 euro a night very basic, good for a few nights rest, right in the town center Tot camping canet - Inicio when approaching from the north go past the town then enter from the south or you face some narrow streets.
we have travelled slowly through Germany along the fairytale road staying on a stellplatz in hamlen, in the town close to old town and shops well worth a visit and one in the south. The center of Germany heading south was beautiful and well worth the time. We travelled pretty much straight through france having spent time here before so we headed to Narbonne just before the border where we had been advised to visit the best buffet in the world if you like top class food , 32euro a head per adult but the selection of food was exquisite especially shell fish , frogs legs, snails, too steak, pork and more, check out the internet or fb page if your interested " le grand buffet Narbonne" you can also stay in the carpark this place is located inside the leisure centre with swimming , ice skating and bowling.
For those coming to spain now we have not had any problems with the current situation going on, but have avoided Barcelona everyone talks about things but we have seen no signs of trouble and don't feel concerned about any of there current problems the news makes it sound bad but we don't find it so.
Will tell you more as we head south towards morocco.
