hiya tazz couldn't reply via your pm you blockin me ......anyway welcome to theworld of veg oil i've got a kn fitted but i also blocked the egr valve and opened the air intake flap midway and cable tied it for max air intake! also remove the rod from inj pump to egr this should cure your smoke problem hope this sorts ya if it don't be sure to let me know

Hi Tony Cheers for that i'm not suer how i'm blockin you dont know how to stop that.
