Hi,Had an idea,i have a 1995 Talbot Autoquest 400 gt 6 berth parked at my home in BULGARIA.
This is what i'm offering ,not renting,ownership for 10 years (a bit like timeshare)
£1000 gives you 2/3 weeks a year for 10 years,perhaps longer weeks if other owners are not using!!
If you consider the travelling to Bulgaria and cost and then back to UK(it can cost what i'm asking to own),This will be cheap.Fly out for as little as £35 ,i pick you up(for fuel cost),you start your tour in said camper to where ever...Bulgaria,Romania,Greece,Turkey come back to my home for parking up,and i take you back to airport .
Each owner takes out insurance and a very small amount perhaps £20 towards MOT etc,i sort that out so you have no worries with parking on drive,upkeep etc,it will cost £120 per year plus insurance (Bulgaria £150 with green card for Turkey etc)so MAKES IT CHEAPER THAN RENTING or buying !!!!
I will need copies of passports or driving licence,you will get proof of % of ownership done by solisceter here,this way i reckon you will take care of her too !!What do you think ??Any takers ?
What's my angle ? I get money up front without having to rent out per week,unless someones interested but then it wont be £50 per week !!more like £500.....after 10 years if its still going i get it back,if it's written off by accident then insurance pay out is split between owners.
