Taking our four children round the world in a bus

Hi, Just joined the forum, and really happy to have found it!
We are in the final stages of converting a 1986 Leyland Tiger coach into a motorhome for us and our four kids (aged 6-15) to go on a global adventure.
We sold our house, and are working to a tight budget, so wild camping is definitely the way we will want to work it... I shall be scouring the site for all International info!
Does anyone have any secret path to insuring a huge, self-build motorhome for full-timers outside the UK?! I'm battling to get legal here, and need to keep the cost realistic!
Any thoughts gratefully received!
Also trying to figure our main sea crossings (other than European ferries)...Anyone in the know there?

Ding ding

A lot of the guys who race with us and use converted coaches for car transporters/living accomodation swear by the NFU but I do not know if they cover fulltiming outside the UK?!
