old Jen popped round earlier as promised (45 min late, but hey thats women for you................)

the kitchen cuboards and cooker frame is much more soild and better, we had a good screwing session, and shes pretty good with her right hand for cutting up wood. that really hurts my back using a saw.

once the sides and shelves are in it will be nice and solid. and then i can use the van for trips away with the dogs, and do the other bits as and when i can afford the wood etc for the toilet and storage bits and the sofa/pull out bed. Should be done enough in a couple of weeks to head to the W coast and upto yorkshire for a weekend away :)

Right....glad to hear it's ready for use, hope you have some fun with it!! While you're popping in to see Alan on your lunch break, please include us in your visit!! Room for you in the drive, but please don't let Henry loose on Derek, he can't handle me let alone a rampant dog!!

We had a Wild camper on our drive last night - MOS, with Brian (the snail) with his "low" shell. However, we pulled out all the stops, and let him sleep in Grenville! (We live in what is technically a THREE bedroomed bungalow, but somehow it has become a ONE bedroomed one, and visitors have the choice of an airbed wherever, or a bunk in Grenville!!) Mos had got Brian set up for sleeping, complete with his breakfast, but we thought it would be slightly more comfortable in Grenville. Had a lovely natter with him Sat night!

lol, hopefully after mondays op on henrys bits he wont bother Derek, or anyone else for that matter, mind you, he still has that glint in his eye, lol, its nice that you put people up like that, i would do the same but i dont think many would want to visit sheffield, lol xx

well you got a trip to do . we are friendly down here.
i only live 5 mins from eden project (not too smart that though),in the highest village in cornwall. there was a time you could see the atlantic and the eng.channel just by turning round .
china clay spoils are blocking the views abit now. usually have a space for a camper here in roche . only half a mile from A30 so easy to find .

LOL!!

You're welcome to come, but there might not be cream teas EVERY day!! Maybe we could arrange a Cornish Gathering sometime, if anyone knows a good place???

Glad Jules camper is getting there at last, thanks to Jen; hope all that screwing and erecting wasn't too much for her?? :have fun:

can vouch for that sound like good idea do need some woddbutherching done on mine well need to change lay out slightly as portaloo a pain to use at moment, means stripping out lot of stuff, would be in cornwall a lot of the time,if i could but got few medical probs at moment ,sods law bought a camper then cant use it well can use it but cant walk that far and dont fancy being stuck in it a lot as it tiny but it was what i could afford to run and buy

ps joules,

try freecycle get kitchen cupboard an use the the sides and the shelves as the thick enough to use as work tops and side for units that way if you make a mistake then it only cost you time then when u flush just replace it what u want and you have template
