Sweden trip

We are heading off to Northern Sweden in mid July, travelling up via the Puttgarden ferry and up the east coast as far north as Boden then returning by heading west into Norway and then south through Norway into Holland.

From your past experience (of which I have none in scandinavia), what is the situation with bottled gas? we have a 4.5kg butane in our small motorhome (we could carry 2x 6kgs if need be) is butane available in sweden? if so are the bottles the same as ours or will I need a different connection? or am I better upsizing and taking what I need from UK we will be travelling 5 days up and 5 days back staying with friends in Boden in between.

Any help appreciated

Err, don't finalise any plans until the results of next
Saturdays Earth shattering event are history :)

AFAIK Gas appliances are prohibited in Swedish motorhomes.
Which may suggest limited opportunities to replenish or exchange
etc.
2 full x 6kg bottles should normally be plenty for a total of 10 days,
particularly with summertime use. No heating required, which
is normally the big gas consumer, obviously enough.
