This weekend Sun Inn, Saxilby, Nr Lincoln

Just spoken to the landlord of Sun Inn at Saxilby, which is the pub my daughters friend has taken over. This weekend they have a live band (will check later which night the band is) on & will be happy for any WildCamperMotorhomers.co.uk to stay over night. The food is extremely good, & well priced as well

As far as I know, its Free Wifi as well
Also, its only 7 mins by train to Lincoln
Obviously not an official meet, but if you are wanting to go somewhere this weekend its a thought.

A bit more info The band is on 23rd called Krazy Nights and they do 70's & 80s's stuff. Also on the following Saturday, 1st March, there is a Karoke night
 
Sounds like a good place to have our meet, i will call the pub tomorrow, do you know if the chippy is still there, gotta be the best fish n chips i've ever had

but if your old fashioned and want proper fish and chips there is the coal fired one up in upton iirc (5-6miles away)

I think I've passed that one, but never stopped. There was a huge queue outside for a tiny chippy!

Is it worth a detour next time I'm in the area? :)
