Last night we pulled into the leisure centre motorhome bays fo the night, but just behind the motorhome bays they have a covid testing centre, and although it is closed at night they have the flood lights running all night, powered by two very large diesel generators that run all night.
If you turn up in the day time and want to park in a motorhome bay you will probably need to queue for a while, as despite it saying motorhome only in big letters on the ground and a sign post at the back of each bay, it would appear that one of the symptoms of covid seems to be it stops the ability to be able to read,
As once the testing station opened everyone was parking their cars in the motorhome bays, whilst the rest of the car park remained empty

Used to use this as a middle point stopover on the way to the tunnel but travellers invaded the place. So they moved the motorhome bays in with the trucks only allowing a few spots. Was a shame as quite a few foreign visitors also used to use this stop over.

Same with MH and caravan bays at motorway service stations. Last time we went to Scotland we pulled into a service station, there were seven long bays, five had cars in them, one had a caravan and one had a MH, so we drove to the car bays where there was plenty of spaces. We parked up within the white lines of two bays but effectively we have taken up six bays because it will be difficult for people to get into or out of their cars if they park alongside us.

And just to make matters worse, one of the MH bays was taken up by a farting little Smart car! Pricks!!!
