stopovers wanted

Hi looking for anywhere in north norfolk near the coast to park up for the night in 2 weeks time also any daytime parking spots,also anywhere around the Bude area in cornwall going there at xmas so need somewhere for a couple of nights and any parking spots round there also. thanks for any replies, trying to wean the other half off staying on sites, must be done gently
