Stoping around Chester

Hi does anyone know of a good overnight stop around Chester for this coming weekend as the better half has left it to late to book in to our normal stop and most are fully booked

You can overnight at the Little Roodee car park in Chester and only a 10 min walk into centre.Its well signposted.may be there thurs night myself if i can get away early enough as they close the barrier at a certain time ,check thread out on here

there is a car park next to the river complete with toilets that is a pay and display and the council let motorhomes park there overnight, they lock the barrier but it open early morn just make sure you get a ticket. it is right beside the river dee/town walls 2mins to walk into center. look out for the racecourse and it is opposite that next to the court. called the rodee carpark.:)
 
Graham i have stopped about half a dozen times there and never seen any yob element (could always be a first time) and always felt safe there

On Rodee now along with 4 other motorhomes update on times and price barried closes at 10.30 until 6.00 am £1.50 from 5.00pm til 9.00 am daytime £3. for up to 3 hours
