but before we get to excited we still need Wiltshire CC to open the byways and they can re apply it appears procedural errors ...we haven't heard that before

Good news I one sense, but I suspect that they won’t take much notice of it and keep the byways shut while they go through th process again. All their interested in is the money they think they are losing by letting us park there. :wave: we shall just have to wait and see what the new year brings, but I’m not holding my breath :wave:
