does anyone know of any wild campimg near to the stafford county showground ??

If you're going to an event there, they will probably let you stay .... contact the organisers. I do dog shows and have stayed over at a number of venues .... sometimes they charge and sometimes they dont ....sometimes once you are in you are in for the night because of security

Most showgrounds now a days are geared up for camping anyway. And, they are usualy expensive in my mind. But like our local Norfolk one, there are farms etc nearby who open up a field for show times to make a bit of beer money and they are cheap. If you can finde them you could I am sur chat one of them to let you stay.

If you're going to BusFreeze, it's only £5 to camp, but you have to book beforehand.

:welcome: If you travel North along the A518, about half a mile passed the Showground, there is a layby on the right, 52.832521,-2.060156 you should be ok there for a night, :have fun:
