Makes the perfect camper for festivals, summer living or perhaps a European tour van

Stealth camper.......it's just another white van when it's all closed up but just drop the tail lift and roll open the shutter and a beautiful home is revealed.
The roller shutter provides excellent security

Behind the roller shutter is beautiful T+G paneling and a stable door and enough space to keep the gas and water bottles and loads of other stuff you don't want inside but need somewhere secure to store.
The interior has been lovingly made from natural woods. A stable door, stained glass window and a skylight allow ample light during the day and four 2w LED spotlights during the evening. A leisure battery and intelligent charger provide 12v power and can also be hooked up to the mains with the charger.

Kitchen; Oak worktop, stainless sink and twin burner gas hob and grill, water is via a quality stainless hand pump, underneath the counter are water and waste containers, 12v LED lighting, three overhead lockers, spice rack, splash back.
Bathroom; Vinyl lined walls, plastic shower tray, full sized shower, Morco D61E gas boiler, 12v Whale water pump, Porta-Potti chemical toilet.
Living area; Full double mattress with three large lockers and huge storage space underneath, Wardrobe and shelving, CD MP3 IPod ready stereo and speakers, LED Lighting, three lockers overhead, table and hardwood seating with storage underneath, vinyl flooring and ply lined walls painted nice pastel colors throughout.
All of the cupboards lock shut and most have doors made from reclaimed hardwood with beautiful patinas.
The whole van has been insulated with space age foil insulation and lined with a quality plywood.

The van is in very good condition for age and has only done 96000 miles. Has TAX and MOT. Very little rust, all good tires, brakes done at last MOT

Moving abroad for work forces a very reluctant sell

Viewing welcome anytime in Filton, Bristol

Sorry, I'm not interested in buying but one thing puzzles me, is the tail lift/roller shutter the only means of access to the rear compartment? If so, how do you close up at night?

You either just close the stable door and leave the shutter up and the tail-lift down or you lift up the tail lift from inside and then roll down the shutter from the inside to be really secure.

The tail-lift is easy to lift up with a little rope attached. ;)

That's very nicely done out, imo, Kieran!
Is the roof quite high?

sean rua.

It's high, about 7 foot i think, not sure but I'm 6'5" and I've got plenty of head room.
