Leafy Mango salad with lamb kebabs

Talking of which, breakfast time

Chorizo infused bacon, with eggs on toast and a nice coffee
 
Oohhh, that pic reminded me of the rissoles my gran used to make on a Monday from leftover meat on a Sunday. The lamb ones were soooo good, I still remember that after over half a century later
My mum did the same,we used to say "whats for tea mum?" "arssoles" she used to say :D
 
I am going to make a south indian madras this evening consisting of aubergine and chickpeas gives us a rest from meat
