Spain via Catalonia

It seems that the route to Spain via Catalonia is not available as the local police are turning people back into France.
La Jonquera is definitely a no go at the moment as are some of the more inland routes.
Have heard that the same is happening in Aragon but not sure.

That report may not be all it seems. I know that the French police are turning back French citizens who are headed for Spanish ski resorts because they don't want a repeat of the Italian experience, when returning skiers caused a major outbreak. A friend came down here to Almeria that way last week and confirmed this but he got through with no problems. Of course, things can change on a daily basis.
