People camping overnight at Welsh beauty spot hit with fines
The council's officers discovered a number of offences while patrolling the area
'Why be difficult, when with a little more effort, you can be downright impossible?' seems to be the preferred approach. And to think that Max Boyce had the nerve to describe North Walians visiting Barry Island as being like Piles ['when they come down and go back up they're ok; but when they come down and stay down, they're a pain in the arse']Instead of issuing fines, they should be looking at ways of accommodating visitors needs
We need to take these councillors to France to see how it should be done, and how well it works
