Solar panels suitable for our wet U.K. climate

Can't read the article without signing up,but I did read a recent story about using mirrors to amplify the sun cast onto solar farms... probably not practical for our purpose.
Can you cut and paste the article?
 
I had 4 x Amorphous panels that was BRILLIANT,,!
Not particularly high output,,But Longer Harvest per day year round.

I'm not as subscriber either just came across it whilst surfing the net
But the idea sounded good with our wet summer's
