Tucked up for 2 weeks on a very lovely site just over the water from Portmerion...

Very peaceful and the sun's just broken through....

Bloody hell. What size panels you got for that kind of wattage this time of year? Best I've seen on our single 100w panel is 70w but that was a one off. Normally 40-60 in full sun. Which to be fair the months we are off grid is more than enough.

200w running through a votronic 250, the sun shines on those who are special. 😂

400w bi facial... Nice clear sky when the sun breaks through,
Though even with the cloud its still doing better than when at home in Manchester.

Pretty good but in kind of concurs with the output of mine just on a smaller scale. I think this is the longest we have gone without hookup with our little setup. We don't move the van much so it's done really well. First hookup planned in 3 october :D

Only time we ever use hook up is at home in winter if we've not been away for a few weekends (240v fridge/inverter is left loaded and running)
We do move every couple of days though.

You wouldn't need to move though most of the year with that set up. Longest stint we did this trip was three weeks at Lee Bay in North Devon in July. 100w solar 120ah AGM and we had way more power than we needed. It's only now I'm being a bit stingy with usage up on Arran. We really should be on a CL by now but it's become a bit of a challenge to last until October 😂

The only reason we move so often is to find nice places to eat ;-)

BUT with the solar and the 3 100ah AGMs we do have some spare capacity if we decide to stay put for longer.

Was nice to see decent figures even at this time of year though.

We managed 125W last week in Perthshire from our 2 x 120W panels.
