Hi, Election over financial markets happy,£1 = 1.18 Euros & rising. Makes you realise just how much advanced planning I did for arranging my departure from these shores for tomorrow. Or as Del boy would say " You are a right jammy B*****d"

yes , but why not buy some euro,s for a trip in the future, ;)

Buy in a rising market, not a good idea. Unless, of course you have been talking to Vince Cable, who predicts the rates are going to fall again shortly due to the fact that this coalition ain't gonna last five minutes.

Welll, having just seen the first joint interview I am undecided which will come first. Either they split up within six months or one of them becomes pregnant.

Aaah! But now the problem is where do you order your Euros from??? Numbers quoted are for £300 @ 1.1224

Via CSMA = 340, Nationwide = 335, Post Office = 340, Travelex = 336, Travel Money Service/Crown Currency Exchange = 350! So fifteen euros difference on £300

Why order them from anywhere? Put your Nationwide Visa Card in an ATM the other side of the channel and get 353 at today's rates.
