Phil I noticed the site was down today, not the first time !!! I have some experience of this type of occurrence because in my early years I lived with my dear old Gran & she had a similar problem.

It’s always near the end of the week isn’t? Thought so.

Many a night towards the end of the week when the money had run out Gran & me would sit wondering when the radio would fade, the light go out & we were off to bed in the dark - again, all because she had run out of shillings.
However, what was a slight inconvenience for Gran is not suitable for an ambitious young business man hoping to become an internet £ squillionaire before his 25th birthday.
Take a bit of advice Phil. Dump the old shilling in the slot electricity meter, & sign on for a monthly or quarterly debit scheme with the electricity Co. It’s a lot less hassle in the end.

The server company today did a "Cloud Instance Live Host Migration" and managed to un-route the sites i.p. address so although the site was up and running no one could reach it.

We are still dealing with this issue, everything is fixed now but I want answers as to why it has happened.

I have upgraded the server in the last month to double the cpu power, quadruple the memory and increase the data connection from 100mb to 1000mb.

Lets hope things settle down now.

The problem is he has got all hot under the collar about the 'polls' posting:rolleyes2:. I think he thinks it's to do with 'pole dancing' thats the only type of polls I like. Also I think he has got is own solar panel now:lol-049: he has got a new camper!!! and he is on hook up on his drive:juggle: so he can't use the leccy for both jobs

So THAT'S who's to blame for all the Monsoon-like weather over the last couple of days!! I think that the daft buggers must have 'Migrated' all the Clouds to Cumbria. On the plus side - I always wanted a Pond in my garden... It's just that I hadn't quite expected to get one at such short notice! :boat:
