signature , photo etc on this forum

Sorry if I am asking dumb questions here ...
... I'm fairly new to this site and forums in general.

But I HAVE been through the FAQs and the various profile / edit options.

Could anyone answer the following for me ?

1] How do I add a "signature" to my postings ?
2] same for a photo

Are these features only available to Full Members ?

3] RE the "envelope " icons to the left of the thread titles
Why are some of them red and some blue ?

4] Why do some thread titles appear in Bold type , and others not ?

If you can answer any / all of these , then please award yourself 4 "Oldtech Credibility Points "

Go to Profile (above) Then Settings which is in the left hand column. All you need is there. The Advatar appears on your posts and profile picture on your profile. As for titles appearing in bold I presume the OP typed them that. way

The colours show those posts you ave read and important stuff like that.

Right .... Someone tell me I'm wrong LOL It wouldn't be the first time!:lol-053:

You have to be a full member.
It's well worth joining for the POIs alone.

I've an idea that thread titles show up bold until you've read them then they go paler, but I'm good at getting things wrong.
