Ah the shame of it....I have had to book into a camp site....for a WHOLE week!After three weeks in the hospital, they'd like me to go but with stitches in!
And because of the risk of infection (wound like) they don't want me to g far- not even Antwerp(as planned wilding) and just 30 miles up the road because I nurse will have to chang the dressings three times a day!!!!!
So I found a nice (I hope) site.
But what shame- I've only used a site half a dozen times in 50 odd years wilding all over Europe! I feel ...well, you can guess!
But need must when....and all thaT
Mind- the nurses here are the prettiest-dammit, most beautiful- you could find anywhere- all leggy blondes-I'd shack up nay-maybe even marry, any of them
which would instantly once in solve my immediate and long term care problems!
So defitzi has succumbed-its the camp site or else, suffer longer incarceration in the hospital (huge) complex because in Belgium, it's illegal to leave without discharge so they would send the polis!
Camp site (on map seems super, however-in a park between the big canal from Ostend to Brussels, a sizeable lake and winding waterways, landscaped marinas etc and its near where the big river passenger ships decant : just about a km from the historic heart of Ghent-will report further if there is (probably) wifi.
And not expensive So folks anyone of us wilders (or others) be near to or in Ghent, ye 'll find a hundred thousand welcomes (good cead mile failte) in my Tardis: always a cuppa or something else on the go-all welcome.
