been separated from my sweetheart(my van, not my man) for 3weeks now. i'm staying in poland for the winter. i've been oggling any campers that i see but they are few and far between. if anyone is passin ' through this beaut. country in the next 9months let me know so that i can oggle at yours.
in the meantime i'll live vicariosly by readin'about your van stories.

happy to do any research for anyone intending to travel in poland, it is going to be a long winter

Thank for your offer. If you have any suggestions they would be appreciated for wild camping spots or quiet. beautiful countryside. We have the Lonely Planet book for Hungary, Czech Rep. Slovakia and Poland and plan to see a little of all - (may be not Slovak) with a route criss crossing the borders in a vaguely circular plan. While I have started noting 'must sees' eg Prague we are not great city people, so would appreciate any tips you have for Poland - which looks a very large country - so we realise we may only see a little. Then again if its wonderful we may spend our 2 months there and nowhere else.....
