Seats, comfy with arm rests

In my last self build motorhome I used three Reno 11 front seats, and built them in to a row of three with the middle one rises out of the way to enable the seats to swivel. They were reasonably comfy. In another MH I used some Rover SD1 seats, again very comfy and soft.

Yesterday I went to try out some proper van captain seats. I was very disapointed. The backs were quite hard, just like the standard seats in Mercedes vans, though they reclined flat and had soft padding on the arm rests.

So.... What luxury cars have soft comfortable seats that recline and have two arm rests? Or is there any stores that sell captain seats?

Any leads would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks in advance

Try Isringhausen who make all types of seats - although the recliner type to sleep on? might be a struggle for them. Reimo also have a bucket load of seats.

Captains seats

I used Renaut Espace seats in my current MH, they are comfy, and spin on their own bases. Mine were from an early model, I think the later ones still spin round and have armrests too. A trip to the local breakers may help out, the Toyota Previa also have 'Captains seats' but are rare.
I had a local welder make up frames for the seats for my van.......costed £120 plus £80 for the seats so £200 for comfy seats that turn round......bargain
