I have 1, possibly 2, 3-point Seat Belts I took from seats off my Minibus. Fully Working. Red in Colour. £10 each, £4 Postage for either 1 or 2.

Not sure if those type will fit.
Can they be attached to the B post of Truck or are they specifically for seats?

This is something I cannot categorically answer, but I can't see why the top fitting that is on the seat would not also mount on a B Pillar.
They would have been made for a seat fitting originally of course.

I don't know if the Scrap Yards actually sell them (they might refuse for liability reasons?) but maybe get a standard front seat belt from a commercial vehicle as it sounds like you are wanting a cab seat belt?
