Scottish motorhome show glasgow

Yep. We're heading up 2moro (in the car) unless the advice is yur better off spending the entrance fee elsewhere.
 
We went on Thursday and had a good day out.

They don't accept card payments in the carpark. Just make sure you have £8.00 in cash to get out, otherwise they will make you park up and go back inside to the cash machines
 
We’re sitting parked up in bright sunshine beside the beach (behind the Beach Bar) in Lossiemouth so won’t be going to the show. Although I felt there was an improvement in the show last year compared with previous years I still feel we have made the right decision in coming up here rather than heading for Glasgow!

Had a good nosey about the show seen a few vans that wee quire liked and seen a few good ideas for the future
Enjoyed overall
 
Quick comment on the parking ... very expensive there!
I don't recall the names of the roads but if you park on the other side of the water there is parking around for free and you can just walk over the bridge right to the SECC.

(I actually arranged to have my Car serviced last year at the Citroen garage right by where I am referring to above to coincide with our visit to the show and so didn't even need to look for free parking, let alone the insane SECC/Hydro car park prices :dance: )

Been to show looked didny see anything that took my interest took the Micky out a few salesmen it’s your duty it’s worth the entrance fee alone 😜 seen the laird go all dizzy nearly fainted when he had to pay £8 tae Park. Ya now the story by now wae hees wallet tattooed tae his arse.

I've just read your reply to my dear wife, her reply was 'jealousy'.
Any way we've decided to go our own ways for a few days to give our livers a rest.
It's was quite pleasant sitting in the sun today sipping a small glass of red, just for medicinal purposes you understand.
 
Parking at the SECC is a real rip off. I used to park at the science centre and walk across but they've got wise to that trick and put up the prices if not visiting the science centre Parking | Glasgow Science Centre
Just means that unless you're very keen to attend something visiting the SECC is to be avoided.
 
No problem terry driveways empty and it’s £5 return on train just round the corner drops you right at door of the secccccccc. I’m down south on one of my many raiding missions for a tow bar defo gona get a wee tow 🚗🚙🚘 . There’s ehu water and waste dump just put a donation in the honesty box (letterbox) 🤑
