At the end of Aug. I posted a thread saying that we were shortly off to Scotland with a friend, who was towing a caravan. Luckily for us, he decided to have his towcar serviced before he left, and surprise, he managed to keep up with us. We had a great time, as we always do when we go north of the border. We only had one problem. We were heading down to Crinan from Oban, and passed one very small sign saying that the road was closed some 20 odd miles on. We thought that that would be after the turning off the A816 to Crinan, but guess what, it wasn't, it was in Kilmelford, and we had to turn around and go all the way back to Oban, and then the A85 and A819. I guess we weren't the only ones to miss the sign, and there was only one, because we passed several other campers and a couple of coaches also heading south. Anyone else get caught?
