Scarborough marine drive over night parking

Post on a motorhome fb group yesterday, carpark think it was there, picture across the spaces, don't think there were signs.
Ammunition for folk not keen on oversight camping there in one picture.
 
I have stayed on marine drive in the past, but prefer the sea life centre.
 
Son in law told me you can stay there again and he stopped overnight about a month ago. Last time I was there it said no Motorhome’s after 22:00. I don’t know exactly where he was but he had a good sea view. What do the signs say where you are
