Scandinavia trip - gas bottles?

Is propane and Butane available in scandinavia, I've got a 4.5kg butane bottle in my motorhome (Room for 2x 6kg propane if needed) and wondered if I would be able to refill / replace it in Sweden or Norway? Am I better off upsizing to 6kg bottles here before I travel, I'll be away fro 2-3 weeks. Grateful for any hints or tips.

Its avail and They use the same connector as Spain/Portugal in Norway

what about LPG, looking at trip next year, and what time is best to visit north Norway?

We have visited north Norway in June.This seemed a good time because it was warm enough,but the midges were not too bad either.
Regarding gas you can't refill calor.Itis possible to buy camping gaz from some supermarkets.
I would suggest you need more time for Norway because it can take a while to get there.
We did manage to get to th artic circle and back in 4 weeks but much prefer to take a couple of months to enjoy it better I realize that work gets in the way but if you can get more time it will be better.
