An RSS feed is a way of keeping track of updates to all the websites you are interested in, that’s if they do provide a feed, many do but not all of them will.
I’m interested in this Bill passing through Parliament at the moment and you’ll see that an RSS feed is available but if you’re viewing via your iPad then the RSS feed won’t work.
This (free) RSS App for Apple devices works really well:
