Just wanted to let you know that one of our favorite sites just got better. Rowlestone Manor in Herefordshire.
Now this is not a free site but at only £13 per night including hookup its very good and if you consider what they offer for the price me an Nik think its a steal.
They have had a large very good kids playground on site since opening 3 years ago. For us that has always made it worthwhile and the locallity is superb anyway.
This weekend we discovered that they have now completed an adventure playground on site as well with a zipwire. My son was in heaven (so was I to be honest). They sell home made ice cream on site so many people drive there just for the ice cream and spend the day walking in the woods and playing on the playground and adventure playground.
A superb place and we recommend it highly.
