Roof Issues - Pilote 1992

Hi,

Can you please advise where I can get a new re-enforced roof section for my Pilote motor home. It is only on the back section of the vehicle where the roof box is, it is wet and has caused a few leaks in the van. These have been sorted but my brother in law told me when they trod on the roof it was leaking water out of the board.

It looks like a large piece of MDF which has been covered with a water proof covering, can you buy these boards ready covered or where do you by the water proof covering from if not?

Doesn't look like a major job, is it? Can I do myself or should I take to a motor home repair centre?

Asd usual any advise is welcomed.

I would think with pilote you will have to get it from France. or try johns cross they deal with pilote 01580 881288. hope this helps. ken
 
try john cross he seems a reliable guy ,then get rid of the roof box they are the biggest cause of problems as are roof racks
