Sorry, I'm not looking to buy at the moment, but do I get any points for guessing the location of the photo's?

Loch na Creige, near Ardheslaig, on the coast road from Applecross to Shieldaig?

A lovely sheltered spot where I slept a few weeks ago (but not suitable for a POI as there is no barrier separating it from the road).

Here... Google Maps

Good luck with the sale! :)
