10 yrs today TONY MARTIN let blast at 2 thieving scrouts:eek:but the blind tw@t missed one :mad:should he have been allowed to or not:rolleyes:jail or a medal

I personally think he was justified in defending his property, very clearly if they hadn't been there they wouldn't have been injured, period.

I wouldn't entertain any talk of their rights being violated in the slightest, I refer to my 1st statement....

as my grandad used to say, teddy on the railway... etc

LOL!!

'tis true my opinions have become a little more cemented of late but have always felt the same ;)

he was right to protect himself and his property but didnt he shoot one in the back if so im afraid he oversteped the mark

i dont blame him one iota, tis a shame that these ******s arent sent to prison for good maybe the three strikes and your out policy would work in the uk.

As far as I'm considered if you enter a property uninvited then you leave your rights on the outside. If the police and legal system had been doing their job's properly then it would not have gone that far. We all seem to be being let down.

Must have been a single barrel shotgun.

Think when he gets out he will buy a double barrel shotgun for the next thieving bas****s,

Couldn't agree more. I know three people who have dealt with "situations" themselves, and strangley enough, no longer suffer from anti social behavior. The little darlings don't even have the courage to walk down the road anymore:D

The way forward I think:rolleyes:

If I remember correctly he set up a trap by waiting for them and then killed one execution style effectively. If you take the law into your hands you've got to pay the price. Otherwise anarchy will rule.
