I personally think he was justified in defending his property, very clearly if they hadn't been there they wouldn't have been injured, period.

I wouldn't entertain any talk of their rights being violated in the slightest, I refer to my 1st statement....

As far as I'm considered if you enter a property uninvited then you leave your rights on the outside. If the police and legal system had been doing their job's properly then it would not have gone that far. We all seem to be being let down.

Couldn't agree more. I know three people who have dealt with "situations" themselves, and strangley enough, no longer suffer from anti social behavior. The little darlings don't even have the courage to walk down the road anymore
