Pavlova 
My wife asked me to make her a Pavlova as not done one for a while.So while i was making it i realised i had no plain white vinegar in the house only rice wine vinegar for doing sushi.I thought at end of day its white vinegar and put a teaspoon in.I dont know what difference it would make but i will never use any other vinegar in the future as it has come out amazing.I just wanted to pass this on to any Pavlova makers on the forum to try it and see for yourself you will be amazed what difference it makes.
