My brother in law took me to the fishing club on saturday night to thank me for babysitting for few days over the years i have got to know many of the members sitting a the table with his friends one said not you again why dont you move down here if you like it that much, i said would you let a refuge from London live here anyway it,s to expensive here i can't afford it then his friend said buy a plot of land and put you van on it, he then said he would sale me the land when i ask how much he got up went to the bar and wrote down the price and gave it to me and said dont tell this lot. When i looked at the price i said show me it Sunday and if i think it was a good deal i would have it, Sunday when i saw this plot all fenced in with big gates i thought that would do me 12,000 sq meters with water near by and only ten minutes walk to the beach , one order on the land not to build on. So monday transferred the money to his account paperwork sent to the town hall and licence came back today with the permission of the owner to stay on the land to work so now all i gotta do is sling some veg in the ground and i have a market garden allowed to stay on the land for upto 6 months a year :wave::wave:
