I have had tickets from you, the last one was 7 weeks ago. You must have read that message as it was a password reset.

The ONLY ways to contact me is via support ticket, private message or telephone. There is no other email address.

I've sent e-mails to Admin via support. My reason for attempting to contact you is to discover why I am no longer given full member status despite my subscription (recurring) being accepted in August 2017. Edit: Though I now notice that it appears that I am a full member again.

Hi Oldish hippy,

We did use the contact us button at bottom of the page. 3 times

And I replied to you three times, please search your junk folder for emails from support and then whitelist the email address.
