I have been washing the van today and when I got a ladder up to do the roof, I noticed some Moss at the siliconed joints.

Does anybody know if there is a safe chemical which will remove it please.:)

Drive like Aj then the Moss doesn't have time to grow:D

Try Mold and Mildew remover on a cloth, wash off straight away, used it on mine a couple of months ago. Polish after use.

Bill.

Clear vinegar, mixed 50/50 with water will do the job.

I just used DOMESTOS on vans with green roofs. Wash off first with Flash liquid and then to get the worst off used neat. Then wash with domestos on all of the bad bits, they came up as new. The bleach stopped the moss growing again. Polish with car wax afterwaeds.

Méthode française

The French solution:
- have a bottle of vinager
- have a bottle of wine
Pour the vinager upon the moss, wait 20 minutes, meanwhile drink the bottle of wine, weap off; try to get off the roof safely :D:D
(PS: be sure you have the right bottle )
