I set off from Portsmouth during that with the intention of going up the east side to Northumberland and the Borders. I got stuck for three days in a site near Chesterfield then realised nothing was open up that way so fought my way through the Peak District, carefully avoiding stranded lorries and took myself to Southport and the Lakes before finally getting over to Northumberland

We were forced to remain in San Diego for a week as unable to get home, such hardship.

We traveled home from Bridge Of Orchy during it. Awesome.
