Reglo sim urgent help needed

I had a feeling this would happen. I topped up my sim on the 21st using this link https://www.reglomobile.fr/recharger-mon-forfait

All went through and I got this text messsage

"We confirm the €9.80 top up. Your balance is now €9.80. Track your usage by phone or text at 950"

An hour ago I get a text which translates to

"Hello your reglo mobile balance does not allow you to pay for your plan as of July 25. To top up and continue using your line call 731".

So I called that number and its all recorded in French. No idea what to do. Ive paid so I Dont understand

when mine went through ok I topped up Michelles yesterday ready for it ending in 2 days time.

The money has gone out of my bank and according to this link its gone down in price to €7.80 anyway so it cant be that I never put enough on.

It never did let me assign my number to my online web account so I have no idea what to do next. Any thoughts?

Christ I hope not! Just buying them the first time was an absolute nightmare.

Bit more info. I tried many times to attach my line to the website account I set up and it never worked, Well today it has. I have attached my number and got into the customer area on my laptop but it said my balance is 0 despite me having confirmation of paying on my phone. WTF!



So then I found my statement which seems to show despite me paying the next lot of €9.80 it only shows a credit of €9.73 which wont be enough to top up.




So I go and add another €2.99 which is the minimum you can add so I then get a text saying my balance is now €12.72. Ok then, that should be enough to pay for next months (Fridays) top up. So I go out and try and clear my head on the bike, come back and check the account on my laptop again. It then says balance €9.73 again but then when I refresh it goes to zero but then when I check my statement it says its now its £12.72. (I translated it). God knows whats going on with it. Think ill get pished. :D

 
We use Reglo - very good - just wait a bit and on the appointed day they should remove the required amount (9.80) from your balance (Solde)

I think the confusion was the message that told me I didn't have enough to renew in two days despite me putting on the required €9.80 last week in preparation. Its now showing €12.72 as my balance since I added more fundsd which should be enough now. I wonder if its just my sim as Michelle's has not had a text saying she does not have enough to top hers up. Will soon find out.

Getting pished is the correct answer
 
It must have taken me 30 minutes to buy one in Le Clerk, the service is great, but I was getting loads of text messages and calls while driving, did my head in.

No not yet. I was going to do it via this option last night which I assumed lets you add additional lines to the account but I wasn't 100% sure it would then replace my number instead which would be daft but their site is a bit flaky so who knows? At least mine is showing a balance over and above the €9.80 required to top up, the deadline of which is tomorrow. Michelle I Don't think has had a text saying she does not have enough. Its a mystery as to why mine was only showing €9.73 though before.

 
This is why I think. I sent a text to someone in the UK yesterday and international texts are chargeable. Its gone from the Reglo sim and there it is. This would take me under the required amount. Hopefully problem solved. Would be good to add Michelles sim to the account though but I might hang on and see if it tops up first. The system is slow and it wasn't showing up on yesterdays statement.

Does anyone know if the reglo sim includes roaming, would I be able to use it in Italy?

It does but you only get 32gb per month outside of France.

I am pleased to say mine has recharged this morning as has Michelles so it was just the text message I accidently sent to the UK. Something to watch out for.
