I had a feeling this would happen. I topped up my sim on the 21st using this link https://www.reglomobile.fr/recharger-mon-forfait
All went through and I got this text messsage
"We confirm the €9.80 top up. Your balance is now €9.80. Track your usage by phone or text at 950"
An hour ago I get a text which translates to
"Hello your reglo mobile balance does not allow you to pay for your plan as of July 25. To top up and continue using your line call 731".
So I called that number and its all recorded in French. No idea what to do. Ive paid so I Dont understand
when mine went through ok I topped up Michelles yesterday ready for it ending in 2 days time.
The money has gone out of my bank and according to this link its gone down in price to €7.80 anyway so it cant be that I never put enough on.
It never did let me assign my number to my online web account so I have no idea what to do next. Any thoughts?
