I am seeking advice please.
I have a 2000 Fiat Ducatto and it would appear that the control panel, shown in the picture has failed (power to it but nothing to the switches)
Question- does anyone know where I can get a like for like replacement?
Or is it feasible to replace it with a newer model (I have very limited electrical knowledge)

The PCB will have a glass 12v fuse mounted somewhere, have you checked the pcb and located this fuse. If not take a look, normally a visual inspection of the fuse will indicate if it’s blown.
If you require a replacement control, I would have thought a newer model will be compatible with your wiring.

Also the fuse can be on either side of the pcb, but they are normally on the front.
