Rapido 972m fresh water drain tap position

Can anyone help me, I needed to drain my fresh water tank (clean & sterilise) but I could not find the drain tap even though the manual told me that it was under the seat in the accomodation section ie by the tank itself!
 
Different motorhome, but mine is jammed between the tank and the wall under a heating duct and pretty much only found by feel.

You could check underneath to see if there is a drain pipe sticking through the floor (other than the normal tank overflow pipe)
